A. Most of our carriers make 3 attempts to deliver a package. After 3 delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local depot for up to 5 business days. If you do not pick up your order from the depot, it will be returned to us and we will refund your account(s) accordingly. In the event that we were unable to deliver a Final Sale item, you will be contacted by phone and/or email to arrange a new shipment and no refund will be issued.
