Rated 1 out of 5 by PoliteOttawa Worked well with non Sony phone
I bought this to replace a DRC - BT15, which is very old but I am now using the old one. I used the SBH20W with my Samsung RUGBY 2 and it worked fine I then switched over to a Sony Xperia E Dual and the headset continually crashed the phone, I then demoted it to computer use and it continually crashed my computer... it should not be able to crash my computer. The buttons are hard to use and there is no voice recognition support for hands free calling(my old one even has this). This is a super basic unit which never worked with my Xperia phone too bad. The phone is very problematic as well, all of this looks very bad for Sony, the last two products I have bought from them were poorly executed and would not work together. I am very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cyphrus Did I get a bad one?
It worked for about a month. Now I can't change the volume and I can't get it to reset. The play and pause buttons don't do anything. I tried contacting Sony for help or to return it and they stopped answering my emails. It's pretty worthless when you can't change the volume. I wanted to reset it because I thought maybe if I re-paired it with my transmitter, it would work again. But I can't reset it. The manual is pretty useless. My SBH20 beeps different patterns that aren't listed in the manual. I must have gotten a bad one since everyone else seems to love theirs. I wouldn't mind if Sony would stand by their product and replace it but no such luck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AntMarching Great product!
I purchased this set back in December 2013, to use it with my iPhone 4S and it works great. The included headphones are good too, but I prefer my Apple EarPods and I find the sound quality is as good as when the headphones are connected directly to the phone.
The battery also lasts all day of listening music or audiobooks, and taking a few calls, and that is, at least 4 hours of music and a few phone calls. Really a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Devin Great for commuting music-lovers
I received this as part of a bonus offer, but I would gladly purchase it knowing the quality. It's very easy to use and set up, and makes listening to music on the go very convenient, as I don't have to reach for my phone to adjust volume, skip tracks, or take calls.

Rated 4 out of 5 by squiggs Great on galaxy, ps vita, psp go
This is a great accessory for any phone. The nfc is not just compatible with sony phones only, but works with the galaxy s4. It runs well and has great sound quality. Another thing to keep in mind is that you are able to play music through the phone jack and use this as a remote. It also work very well for the vita and the button do work as well as the microphone, I do not know how well it works with the go as far as the buttons and mic but the sound works. The headphones work well and sound great, but are short. My only problem with this is I do not know if 50 dollars is worth it. Some good uses are for riding bikes and not needing to pull out your phone to answer calls are change songs, or to play your music remotely to a stereo system. I do recommend this over there other blue tooth audio. It is good to keep in mind that this is a good and lighter version of a smart watch if you just want a media remote.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SonySmartFan Balanced Sound n Good Mic
The Sony sound here is nice and warm. My phone conversations were smooth on both ends.
Recessed buttons on remote are almost too flat n difficult to feel for without looking directly at it. The clip should've had a squeezable clasp for ease n ergonomics.
Overall value is decent as long as you're in the market for ear bud type headphones. Keep in mind these aren't 100% wire free -the bluetooth remote has a standard jack which connects to the ear buds. Yes, it's possible to connect your own buds or even full size headset to the bluetooth remote jack.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tiki400 Poor Sound quality
I got this and had no problem connecting to my Xperia TL via NFC.
My music stated playing immediately but the sound quality is very very poor. I connected it to my PC for skype. Skype voice not good either on this thing.
Music sound like those $5 headphones. Look for something better if you intend to use this yourself unless it is a gift for someone you hate.
