Best BANG for your buck!
I bought this for my parents. They have never experienced a soundbar before and this one is a great one to start with. It is a 2.1 Surround Sound bar that has a bunch of great features. It has HDMI, Optical, and 3.5mm Audio In. And as an added bonus....BLUETOOTH! Also the included subwoofer is....WIRELESS!!!! This sound bar has some great sound and it simulates Surround Sound really well. Great buy!

10 out of 10! Excellent Sound!
I have a Sony Bravia 60" LED and Sony Bluray player. I got this sound bar so everything I have would be Sony. Installs in 3 mins or less. Easy single plug hookup. Can also control my TV from sound bar remote. I couldn't ask for a better quality product. Works absolutely perfect for my setup and gives you complete, pure, movie quality sound and bass for a very very fair price. I would recommend to anyone wanting great sound with only a "good sound" money budget. 10 out of 10! In my opinion it's a must have.

Finally, sound to match the picture quality of my new LED. I just picked up a new LED T.V. and the picture was great, but the sound was lousy!!!! So i started looking at soundbars and chose the HT-CT260, It was easy to set up (15 min) the sound is great, the unit looks good, the only con is the little Optical cable that comes with it. Its not long enough for anything. Other than that im very happy with it.

I've had this system for five months and am very pleased. I moved from a house to an apartment and wanted a simple sound solution, and this was it. The Bluetooth connectivity is a great feature. The sound is clear, punchy and loud. Keep in mind this is not a 5.1 system, so don't expect a true surround sound experience. The 3D surround feature is gimicky in my opinion and can't really be heard. This system is best suited for for someone who wants an upgrade from TV speakers, Bluetooth and a decent sound. Look for it on sale, as $350 is steep. Night mode is a great feature for anyone living in an apartment, but I hardly use it. NOTE: A review complained about not being able to connect the optical cable. I had the same issue, until I realized I needed to remove the protective plastic on either end of the cable (a duh moment). I ended up buying a longer optical cable, as the supplied 3-foot cable was just too short. Honestly, Sony, for a few pennies more you could have supplied a 5' cable and made your customers much happier. I'm not going to get into an audiophile-type of review, since this is not a high-end audio system. It's excellent at what it does - giving you great sound for the price, loud, punchy and clear, Bluetooth connectivity, a few audio modes and the convenience of a wireless subwoofer. I do find the subwoofer's finish is a bit cheap looking, but I got over it. You will too.
