Vaio Pro 13 i5 8gb Ram 128ssd
I needed a PC for work and this was the best PC I could find. It goes toe to toe with the MacBook Air. The Vaio is lighter, has a more unique design, and a really nice 1080p display and better speakers. The MacBook Air has longer battery and the keyboard doesn't have a bunch of crazy french symbols.
Windows 8 is not the greatest but that is not Sony's fault. I used startisback to make Windows 8 look like Windows 7. It costs about $2.
The SSD is really fast and you can in theory upgrade it in the future by unscrewing the bottom. I say in theory because that form factor for an SSD is really new so it is hard to find parts. I like the touch screen a lot. You can buy a normal SD card and leave it in the Vaio and it doesn't stick out like it does on a MacBook Air.
If I had to change anything I would move the fan vent to the middle of the back so that it blows between my legs instead of into my blanket when I am in bed. A recent update to the video drivers makes the computer hum sometimes so hopefully that is fixed with a later update.

I bought my SVT13115FDS ultrabook in September 2012. For last 1yr it was working fine. Now, when it passed the warranty period the motherboard is gone. It was just for home use. Never run a heavy program for days.
As this has happened to me for the 2nd time (had similar problem with my other vaio notebook), I have serious doubt about the parts sony uses.

Being a loyal iPhone user for the last 4 years, I was a little hesitant in moving to an Android based device. However, I wanted a waterproof phone with a larger screen so the selections were limited.
Thankfully, I'm happy to say that my leap of faith has been rewarded. The performance is on par with my iphone, the design is modern and the screen elicits a wow whenever my friends watch a high definition video clip. Battery life is average, requiring a daily charge like my iphone did.
If there's any criticism I can make, it's the fact that my little hands make it impossible for one handed operation. Of course this may vary with hand size so make sure you play with it first.

I've had this laptop for a few days now and I must say...this is the sweetest laptop I've owned!
The design, feel, features are truly up to the Sony brand.
Windows 8 took a little getting used to but now I love it! Very nice OS - people don't give them enough time to get used to it!
I've had no issues at all with this laptop - not even the wireless issues others are experiencing. Not one disconnect.
You'll be happy you had bought one of these but make sure you opt-in for the 8GB of memory and the bigger SSD options. You won't regret it.
