Rated 1 out of 5 by GuruWeb Why Cant We Have Same Options like the US Website?
The ready to ship for Canada Consumers is junk as compared to the US Customized Options.
Here is what stopped me from even purchasing this
product when I was on the verge of clicking CHECK OUT ...
What makes it OK for USA consumers to have options that
are more expandable on the 'customizable' version of this device
and not Canada Consumers?
I can understand the price difference ... I get it ..
I can even understand the ridiculousness of $80 - $100 extra
for Canada Consumers in comparable US extended warranty options ..
but why deny us certain specs just because we are in Canada.
What is it about Canada that you makes you decide for us and not give us same spec
options when customizing this product like the US consumer gets...
Off to the ASUS Version .. So Long SONY

When I first had a look at this I was impressed and wanted one right away.
Looking at what you get for the price you pay, I was rather quickly very disappointed.
It is a step ahead on other brands by entering this market with something totally new, yes it is really a class of its own.
However, for all the great uses I can think of it just doesn't seem to have the power and capability it should have.
Processor speed is something that was considered awesome 5 years ago but today, you need a lot more than that.
For something that is a step in to the future you would expect it has room for more than 8 GB of RAM, and resolution on a 20" screen should be at least 1920 X 1080, not 1600 X 900.
I still want to give it an overall rating of 4 out of 5 because it is a daring step towards what may become standard in the future.
