Awesome earphones

These earphones are great.because the price is low and the sound is the best i've had them for a while now and they dont show signs of detereoration.So I recommend them for anybody in need of good quality earphones.

Sony Sweeet!

So, I just but a pair of these for a smidg over $12BUCKS, and well I might go buy the rest of them at TGT! Why... Well the neo-magnet for starters. 6-23hz frequency...is awesome! The best out there, quite frankly. Sony finally got it right by manufacturing earbuds w/neo-mag's! From a hearing prospective, so you can't hear down to 6hz...oh-well, where you might not actually hear sounds, you do here the difference in earbuds with 20-23hz rating...don't believe me...buy these, and then go buy those 20-23hz el-cheeapo's, and after you realize I'm right.....make a public statement on here saying so! So, a bit of a background. I go through earbuds like candy at a summer camp. I sleep with them while listening to music at night. So after 6months of cords getting pinched-rolledup-twisted...etc and they poopout on me. So, anytime I can get/find/buy a 6-23hz neo-mag earbud speaker (earbud) I BUY, BUY, BUY (like Kramer says) only this buying IS ACTUALLY WORTH IT! So for the $12.60? I plan on buying more. I love the fact that they really fit into your earcanel, and don't move when chewing gum, or running at the gym. Well thanks for reading and now go buy these! You won't go wrong, Thanks Sony! Just an FYI, my reliability rating is 3 because I just bought them, and well for $12bucks, if they fail in 6months...oh well at least the quality is great!

i bought these to replace my last pair or sony earbuds, which i loved. the sound and fit on these are great....if i want to hold my ipod in my hand all day. i am 5'8" tall and the cord is not long enough for me to carry my music in my bag or pocket. i can't set it down on the tredmill to run, and whenever i try to put it down the earbuds slowly pull out of my ears. are these for children?? really disappointing, as the sound and fit to my ear are wonderful, but rendered irrelevant by my constant tugging on the wires.

Can't Believe They lasted so long

Pros: Durable, almost noise cancelling

Cons: Tangles easy

I'm really rough on my earbuds, I always wrap them around my mp3 player (habit), yank em outta my ears and these have stood through all that very well. Looking to get a new pair, after almost a year of awesome sound.

Bad Design

Pros: Great Sound

Cons: Exposed Wires

The wire insulation that runs from the based where the headphones connect to the head phone jack are not secured. The insulation detached from the base near the connector, which has resulted in exposed wires. I had these head phones for 2 months before I experienced this design failure. Also, I leave these headphones at my desk at work. I have never used them when working out either and the design still failed. The sound was great, though.

reliable, good buy

these are the only earbuds i've ever found with a size to comfortably fit in my small ears. the small size is perfect for me, smaller than Apple earbuds. the sound is great (way better than Apple), and the price can't be beat. more than a year after i bought them, the sound is going out in the left side, so i'm buying a replacement. thanks, Sony!

Broke immediately

I have had the headphones for 1 day. Left earphone stopped working already. How is that possible? I have not even moved them from my desk, let alone walked around the city with them. Will never buy Sony headphones again.

Unbelievable for the price.

Cons: How long will they lost?

Since I listen to so much music and use my headphones for working out, I go through about 4-6 Apple headphones a year. However those headphones now start at about 40 bucks, so after my last one broke I needed a new option. I bought these a few days ago and I am taken aback by the quality and noise cancellation. They are a much better value than the standard Apple ear buds and for only half the price! However my issue with headphones is always longevity, so if they do indeed break like a few reviews have warned, I will be upset.

Terrible

I was only able to use these headphones for about two months before the right earbud didn't work anymore. I would not buy a pair of these if you want them to last any longer than 2 months and you listen to music a lot.

Cons: Break frequently for no reason

I exchanged these earbuds three times because of the left earbud deciding to just stop working randomly. It's very annoying to have to go exchange them repeatedly, and I should have just gotten my money back. This time, it's 10 days past the return/exchange period so I'm stuck with one working earbud and one dead. If I could compile all of my return periods of time, I would definitely still be able to exchange these busted, useless earbuds. I'm VERY disappointed and I will not be purchasing any Sony headphones in the future.
