Pros: My external microphone works perfectly

Sony delivered on exactly what they had advertised for quality and delivery. A very smooth transaction.

A MUST have addition to the Sony MEX-BT3900U

Pros: Excellent sound quality, like you’re wearing a Plantronics BT headset. Easy install. Plenty of cable and hardware.

Cons: Cost is too high, this should be sold for ~ $5. Only single axis microphone direction adjustment.

I installed it on my driver’s side visor, ran the cable under the ceiling panel and door jamb wrap. I set the mic gain to High on my Sony MEX-BT3900U. No feedback issues, and people on the other end of the phone can’t tell you’re driving down the freeway @ 65 MPH.
