This television is a beautiful piece of technology. Setting it up was a piece of cake, and looks beautiful on my wall. Even off, its stunning. I really didn't buy it for the 3D capability, but got a free movie and glasses from my salesperson. Then I tried it out. AWESOME! Now I am very glad I have 3D. I am also an XboxLive gamer, and this television rocks, 2 to 1 Kill/Ratio on MW3! The built-in wifi is super-fast, and the apps are a breeze. My 3D BlueRay player, Receiver, and TV are all Sony brands. Sony does it right, and I've NEVER had any issues with their products, 15 years and counting!

Pros: BIG, Thin, lots of feature, remote short cuts are more useful (compare to my old xbr).

Cons: DLNA is very disappointing - no AVI support my PS3 support AVI why not my SONY TV?

This is a great TV - It could be a lot better if the DLNA would support AVI, RMVB, MKV etc files.

I have this TV for more than 3 months. Overall the TV is good, as long as you use it as - Just like your simple old TV. The web browser does not support flash and hence - it is unable to play videos from any internet sites like cnn (where it needs adobe flash). It's sad to see that - sony is making such a expensive product with these limitations. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Phenominal

Pros: Elegant, sleek style. Packed with features.

Cons: No FLASH support.

I have had this set, 60NX720 coupled to the BDV-E780W Home Theater for about a week now and I am still in awe of the quality, features and clarity of picture. Set up was very easy and intuative. I rated this unit combo at a FOUR because of the lack of Flash support in the browser, but BOTH the television and theater system are truely a FIVE otherwise. A note to COMCAST users, you will have to upgrade your STB to model #DCX3400 to receive 3D from Comcast On Demand. The Comcast call center people are generally not yet aware of this issue, so insist that they look at the specs of their STB offerings.

I love this TV

Pros: Gorgeous picture, intelligent design, good value

Cons: wish it was twice as big...just kidding

Another brilliant SONY product. This is the perfect TV. The 3D is amazing. I love the way that different SONY components connect automatically to the TV and an intelligent TV menu shows you everything needed to easily navigate through alternative entertainment options including internet services. As we have come to expect this SONY product is intelligently and perfectly engineered and constructed. My wife and I both love it.

Very nice, BUT... Two or Four Glasses shuld come with the TV, like you do with batteries for Remote Control. Otherwise, cut the price!

Failed after 1 1/2 years. $500+ repair bill.

Pros: Thin

Cons: Poor quality

Had this set for about 1 1/2 years and didn't use it all that much. Now it's flashing 4x blinks and Sony tells me it's a failure in the LED backlight. This indicates poor quality of components used in the manufacturing process as LED's usually last 10,000 hours. Sony says I'm stuck with the $500+ repair since it's out of warranty. I see Sony has extended the warranty on the LED backlight on similar sets due to premature failures so they know there's issues with their components. Maybe this one will eventually get extended, but what a freaking hassle! No more Sony for me.

3D Heaven

Pros: Sleek Design, GR8 Picture Quality, 3D Capability, Superb Sound

Cons: no 3D glasses included

I LOVE Sony products and I always wanted a 3D television so who else but Sony, offering you a QUALITY product at a reasonable price. Picture quality is GR8, the built in 3D experience is phenom, the design is sleek and slim and the sound is wonderful....but I have a BOSE surround system, so I don't care about tv speaker quality. Just wish Sony would include a least one pair of 3D glasses. BUY this product you won't regret it.
