Pros:
Clear, Sharp, and beautiful touch screen
Cons:
stupid mouse, 4GB RAM
Overall good for the value. The screen resolution is what got me to fall in love with this VAIO PC. Once you look at it, you don't want to look at others screen. Performance is pretty good, except the screen only at 60hz, which is not good enough for BD fast movement movies. It runs SharePoint Server fine with windows 7 Professional (I reinstall everything). I'm happy with everything except the stupid mouse, who designed it??? no left, right buttons, thin and ugly. The keyboard is not based on standard, the stupid \ | key is bugging me everything I try to do left shift... every time, the designer probably a person with 6 fingers or something. Other than that, all good. Love it, hate the mouse and the keyboard. Unless SONY wanted to share business with Microsoft on their keyboard and mouse sales, they need to look into that problems.

Pros:
Nice design, very good performance
Cons:
Needs better keyboard ,wireless card, more RAM, more USB ports
Purchased about 3 weeks ago from local Sony Store.
Overall, satisfied with the performance -very fast.
Disappointed with keyboard. Not conducive to high productivity typing. Shift keys are not standard and problematic. We had to buy a replacement wireless Microsoft keyboard that provided better feel and productivity. This required a wireless USB dongle use up one of the USB ports.
Disappointed with wireless card. Expected dual-band N card, but found out it is only 2.4 Ghz band and 150 Mbps speed.. Had to buy a USB wireless adapter from Cisco to plug into USB port to get 5 Ghz band wireless N. Now I get 300 Mbps wireless speed.
Needs at least one or two more USB ports. USB ports need better spacing between jacks - too close together.
Otherwise, we are satisfied with the speed and performance of the PC.
