Awesome Laptop

Pros: Fast, great graphics, fantastic for gaming

Cons: Size

This computer is fantastic for gaming with the 3D card. Its a very interesting effect to have the 3D functionality turn on while gaming. An excellent laptop for gaming, browsing, and movies. The computer runs very cool for normal activities, but gets uncomfortably hot for on-lap use during gaming (which is expected based on other laptops I've owned). Solved with a $30 lap table with cooling fans. The laptop runs extremely quietly - the lap table fans are louder than the computer's fan even when the computer is at full power. The only downside is finding a sleeve that fits the laptop. It is thicker than a normal laptop, so I ended up having to use a standard laptop bag. This isn't entirely bad - it allows for the laptop, external mouse, 3D glasses, and power supply to be kept together. The power supply is much larger than I expected. We also own a VAIO E-Series which has a much much smaller power supply. The F-Series is large, but not so much so that it becomes unportable. The battery life is decent, lasting 3 or 4 hours under normal use (2 hours under gaming). I absolutely love this laptop.
