TCO and ECO

-Replace lamps less frequently with a long lamp life of 3000/4500/6000H! -Save energy costs! With the push of the “Eco Mode” button on projector or Remote Commander, Lamp mode saves the consumption of lamp wattage; Power Saving mode kicks in if there is no operation for 10 minutes without any signal input; Standby mode can reduce power consumption in standby. “Eco Mode” button is also user-customizable providing parameter selection of Lamp mode, Power saving mode, and Standby settings. -Same lamp model and Remote Commander among the series. All the Sony VPL-SX125 / SW125 / EX100 / EX120 / EX145 / EX175 / EW130 entry series projectors incorporate same lamps and remotes. Reduces customer needs to handle various kinds of lamps.

WXGA Widescreen Resolution

The VPL-SW125 has a colour light output of 2600 ANSI lumens and with a native WXGA (1280 x 800) widescreen resolution panel is perfect for video or presentations direct from a laptop or PC.

Superior Image Quality & Rich Color Reproduction

A color brightness output of 2600 lumens and an oustanding contrast ratio of 3800:1 bursts out of Bright Era® LCD panels. 12bit 3D Digital Gamma Correction provides smoother and more accurate color reproduction.

Smart APA (Auto Pixel Alignment)

When a computer is used as a picture source, APA automatically optimizes Phase, Pitch and Shift values. These can also be adjusted manually.

Short Throw Projection

With the short throw lens that gives a throw ratio of 0.62:1, the VPL-SW125 is capable of projecting large image from short distance. It helps to reduce glare of presenter, or reduce the space to reproduce a large image.

Automatic Keystone Adjustment

The projector can detect keystone distortion and can correct it automatically. (Note that since this is an electronic correction, it will reduce the picture quality slightly).
