Pros:
Sound quality, setup, value
Cons:
none
I am pleasantly surprised at both the value and performance of these headphones. 3-channel selection enabled a quick setup free of static from other wireless sources. I would certainly recommend these headphones.

Pros:
Easy to setup
Cons:
Ticking to point its physically painful
In almost every song I play there is this extremely harsh ticking. As the tempo increases, the ticking also becomes more frequent. I'm 100% this is not part of the audio file.
It sounds almost like the speakers are shorting, its that harsh and much loader than the rest of the audio.
I can physically feel a tremble when the tick happens.
And every once in awhile, though no often, there is a harsh spam of static that last for about half a second.
The ticks and spams of static happen at precise moments in the songs, they happen every time without fail.
This is by far the worst audio experience I had with headphones.
Btw, this headphones don't block out any outside noise. I can hear myself typing and clicking the mouse.

Pros:
The Best Ever
These headphones surpass all other manufacturers products in the same price range. You can actually feel the surround sound experience. I have tried two other manufacturers products and they don't even compare. But I have to be honest I Iive in an Apartment with one neighbor next door and right know its vacant and has been for 5 months. So I use my New Bose Solo TV Speaker system. But when I get a new neighbor These headphones sound the same as my BOSE>

Pros:
Light Weight, Fit Well, Versatile, Great Sound Reproduction
Cons:
Non Individual Earpiece Volume Adjustment
I have a Samsung 55" LED TV in which I've simply needed to enable headset usage so as to not disturb others if watching during late night. After buying applicable cables with proper plug ends, a new set of quality brand wired Headsets, much to mydisappointment Samsung does not provide an Audio Output on a $2,400 TV, with a signal sufficient to drive a simple set of headphones to enable even a low listening volume level. Swell!
After much reading about amplified wireless Headsets for TV usage - pros and cons - there is much hype about the Sennheiser #tm# brand of Headphones. After reading more about this Model of Sony Wireless Headsets, I took the chance and purchased these.
Wow... Very satisfied. The volume is fully adjustable to please the individual using them, they have a #25hr.# of usage with rechargeable LI-Ion battery that recharges in 2.5hrs. from an exhausted charge, they are comfortable to wear, the sound is in-depth, they are audibly "clear", you have three #3# channels to chose reception on, the transmitter/charging station is light weight, can be set at various locations nearby the TV itself, they do not cost a fortune, there is NO time delay #sync# between when you visually see a persons lip movement, vs. when you hear it in the headsets #an issue with some even more expensive brands#, they have a Red Charging On LED, a Green Audio On LED showing activity, they do not incur static into the Headsets when a program, movie, or video being watched has audio silence, and they have solved my problem nicely. There may be better Models, Brands, Types out there, but you will not be disappointed with these.
The only two small recommendations:
1. Design with separate Volume controls for each ear piece.
2. The audio Cable included is very short, only about 3' #1m# long. Change this to at least a 6' Cable to enable more flexible Transmitter positioning,

Pros:
Quality, sound, price, comfortable
Cons:
Heavy bulky design
Good sound quality and range. The base unit and headphones are high quality and the phones are comfortable to wear if on the heavy side. This product is highly recommended you will not go wrong.
