Pros:
Waterproof
Cons:
GPS does not work
Bought 2 phones as they are waterproof, for my wife and myself. The GPS cannot find our location on both (it did work for a while). GPS is turned on and does not work indoors, in the car or outside unobstructed.
Sitting next to each other the compass on one reads differently to the other. One is close to right the other is way off. I had high hopes for this phone, not so sure right now.

Pros:
Design, durability, maniability
Cons:
no quad core.. and LTE compatibility
In the mid 80's Sony lunched the yellow Walkman that became a classic .Now Sony has come up with a new classic, The Xperia Go... The color (Yellow) has this nostalgia return of the walkman but now there is a smarphone able to resist, water, sand, shock for 1 M hight Excellent,,, tested and trued.:-)
------------------------
Positive side...
-----------------
Simple design, well integration of Google Android with Timescape. It would've been cool if Sony had pursued the same GUI of the Xperia MINI pro with the active corners, that simple add-on to android was original and quite easy to use.
Because the phone is sold unlocked, you just have to transfer your carrier SIM and your Micro SD card in the Xperia Go and your ready to GO. And if you have a Google account , your contacts, mails , Google + and Google Drive data are ready to be accessed via your Xperia Go if you have a data plan with your carrier that is :-)...
The battery is completely sealed so, although, it's well protected it is also very tricky to replace it...
The sound is clear when you talk. And the walkman app is excellent. The ear plugs that comes with the phone are very good.
---------------------------------
Negative side.--------------------
The camera lack a bit of resolution but hey it's a smartPHONE not an ALPHA 55 camera..
The GPS in the unit is not quit powerful, it take a bit long to triangulate your coordinates, that is a drawback because google map is quit a powerful app in android.
Although the phone is 1m water, dust or sand resistant it is not indestructible. Do not take it in a shower with the earphone on, do not go ride a bike under sever conditions with your earphones on you, the phone is water, dust and sand resistant when ONLY the USB and ear plug doors are snap in.
I really like this phone, the simple design, the lines are clean , simple and it feels really cool in your hand.
And i think it's going to become a classic again from Sony.

Pros:
Waterproof, reliable, extremely well built, elegant, light weight.
Cons:
software is not too user friendly.
I love this phone from the look of it, to the way its feel in your hand, just absolutely elegant and well design. What I love most about this phone is the ability to survived against water. Sony has once again proves itself above other competitor in building something unique.. the market of today is full of smart phones but it never has a waterproof phone. Many of the consumers lost their phones to water, certainly I have. This product is very well design battery life is very good, LCD display is marvelous. a 11/10 rating for me. Im very happy and i know a lot of folks out there will love this phone.

Pros:
water resistant, light, small
Cons:
glitchy!!! :(
I have had problems with this phone since day 2. I push the button to get out of "sleep" mode and it won't. 9/10 times this is the case. It is very frustrating. I attempted to return this phone as I was that unhappy about it. I was unable to as I had used it for more than 30 min talk time.
Other time when it actually works and the lock scrteen appears...... it freezes. I tried using different setting as well as taking it back to my cell phone service provider who told me that it was the phone and directed me to the Sony store. Even the dealer who sold it to me was surprised and unpleased with the way the phone was working.
I understand that new models hve kinks to work out, but i regret getting this phone and will be going today to the Sony store (I got the phone 1 week ago)
