Awesome service

Pros: Sony representative provided awesome service

Cons: None

Sony representative - Miko at the Dallas location was truly awesome. She found the camcorder power adapter i desperately needed. and had it shipped in time for me to capture my daughters big event. Thanks a million Miko!!!
